Dr. Pearce graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University School of Dentistry in 1979. He then had a 22 year career in the United States Army Dental Corps, where he completed a 2 year residency program in Advanced Prosthodontics at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Dr. Pearce is board certified in the ADA specialty of prosthodontics and is a Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists.

We specialize in prosthetic and restorative dentistry. Whether you need complete or partial dentures, crowns, implants or porcelain veneers, we can expertly restore your ability to chew and the glow to your smile.

Dentures
People can lose all of their teeth from tooth decay, gum disease or injury. Complete dentures can replace your missing teeth and help restore your smile, improve you ability to chew and improve your speech.

There are various types of dentures. Conventional dentures are fabricated after the oral tissues have healed completely following tooth removal. This may take several months. An immediate denture is fabricated prior to extractions and is placed in the mouth right after the remaining teeth are removed. This permits the patient to leave the office with teeth during the healing period. Additional support and retention of dentures can be had with the use of dental implants.
