Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We also offer low- and no-interest financing options through the CareCredit and Citi Health Card systems. If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.
Insurance
As a courtesy for our patients we will file your dental insurance claim forms for you. In additon our office will get a general breakdown of your dental benefit plan. We will use this breakdown to give you ESTIMATED out of pocket costs for your recommended treatment needs. This ESTIMATE is not a guarantee of payment as plan provisions, policys and eligibility at the time of service will determine your dental benefits paid by your insurance company. Since we cannot guarantee dental benefits, when you have a question on exact insurance coverage a predetermination of dental benefits is recommended and we can submit that at your request.
